📱 Delete Directly from the App
The easiest way to delete your data is directly from the Speaky app:

Open Speaky Launch the app on your Android device.

Go to Settings Tap the profile or menu icon and select Settings.

Select "Delete Account" Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data.

Confirm deletion Read the confirmation prompt and tap Delete to permanently remove your data.
✉️ Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit a request manually, you can email us and we will process your deletion within 7 business days.

Please include in your email:
- The email address or username linked to your account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
🗑️ What Gets Deleted
Here's what happens to your data when you request account deletion:

✓Learning progress & streaks — all local app data erased

✓Saved vocabulary & word lists — permanently removed from device

✓Conversation history — all AI chat sessions deleted

✓App preferences & settings — reset completely

!Advertising data (Google AdMob) — managed by Google under their own retention policy. You can reset your Android Ad ID in device settings.
Since Speaky stores all data locally on your device, you can also delete everything instantly by going to Android Settings > Apps > Speaky > Storage > Clear Data, then uninstalling the app.
⏱️ Deletion Timeline
- In-app deletion: Immediate — all local data is wiped instantly.
- Email request: Processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.
